• Reading Stars Challenge is an annual online English Reading Competition organized by Dinggram Technology.
• By registering, participants, parents/guardians and schools agree to these Competition Rules and Terms & Conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition schedule or rules whenever necessary.

• Open to students studying in registered schools.
• Participants must register under the correct grade/category.
• Students below 18 years must participate with school and parent/guardian consent.

• Register online.
• Login using the provided credentials.
• Read the assigned English passage aloud.
• Submit the reading assessment.
• Receive evaluation and download the certificate.

• Participants may be required to submit audio and/or video recordings.
• Schools confirm that appropriate parent/guardian consent has been obtained.
• Recordings may be used for assessment, verification, quality assurance and promotion of the competition.
• Recordings will not be sold or used for unrelated commercial purposes.

• Performance is evaluated using AI-assisted assessment technology.
• Evaluation may include pronunciation, fluency, clarity, pace and reading accuracy.
• The organizing committee may conduct manual verification whenever required.
• All decisions of the organizing committee are final.

• No impersonation or assistance from others is permitted.
• Edited, manipulated or AI-generated recordings are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the evaluation process will result in disqualification.

• Eligible participants receive a digital certificate.
• Outstanding performers may receive Merit Awards.
• Schools achieving the required overall performance may receive the Reading Stars School Excellence Award.
• Certificates include a unique Certificate ID or QR Code for verification.

• Participant information is used only for competition administration.
• Personal data is handled responsibly and protected using appropriate security measures.
• The organizer will not disclose participant information except where required by law.

• The organizer is not responsible for internet failures, device issues or power interruptions.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances require.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Competition Rules and Terms & Conditions.
